Eggs (your choice of poached, scrambled or fried), bacon, hash brown, breakfast sausage and grilled tomatoes served with toast (V, GF option available)
A selection of cereals, pastries, fresh Queensland seasonal fruit and creamy vanilla Greek yoghurt (GF, DF option available)
Choose from one of the following main and dessert options.
Enjoy a complimentary beer, wine, soft drink or juice with your meal. Tea and coffee will be offered with dessert.
Queensland barramundi baked with a native finger lime and macadamia crust, finished with a zesty caper butter sauce and served with seasonal vegetables
Marinated with rosemary and mint, served in a rich lamb jus, encased in puff pastry. Your lamb shank pie is served with mashed potato and minted peas
Aromatic vegetable casserole cooked in mild Moroccan spices with chickpeas, sweet potato, eggplant, carrot and apricot, served with steamed rice
A light, classic, creamy dessert flavoured with vanilla bean, and finished with mango coulis and coconut biscuit
Delicious Aussie favourite of meringue with whipped cream, mixed berries and passionfruit coulis
Due to popular demand, we serve our damper for all guests at the beginning of dinner service.
All main meals are served with our chef’s selection of seasonal vegetables.
Central Queensland scotch fillet served with sauteed potatoes, horseradish butter and red wine jus
Marinated chicken fillet filled with pumpkin, mushrooms, sage and thyme, served with sauteed potatoes and tasty jus
Tortellini filled with spinach and ricotta, finished with a basil pesto and parmesan cream sauce
A decadent chocolate brownie with walnuts and almonds, topped with chocolate ganache and raspberry coulis (GF, DF option available)
Cinnamon-infused apples topped with a crumble of buttered coconut, oats and brown sugar in a shortcrust pastry, and served with warm vanilla custard

The Spirit of the Outback is the perfect place to relax with a wine made right here in Queensland. We proudly support our Queensland wine producers from Granite Belt wine country near Stanthorpe in the Southern Downs region. These wines are available to purchase by the bottle.

An elegant, creamy, buttery integration of French oak with a white fruit bouquet.
Heritage Wines
A dry wine presenting beautiful aromatics of crisp white nectarine, pink grapefruit and guava.
Ridgemill Estate
Deep, dark, and mysterious in appearance with aromas of black plums and cherries with hints of exotic spice. Blend: Petit Verdot 70%, Saperavi 20%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%
Twisted Gum Wines
This is a lovely medium-bodied, cool climate Shiraz, with fresh cherries and blackcurrants on the palate, a touch of pepper spice and smooth, ripe tannins.
